I have had the same doctor at Premier health associates for as long as I can remember. I've never had a problem. This morning I went to pick up paperwork from him. The woman at the desk was extremely rude. She kept cutting me off when I tried to talk and was very dismissive. I wish the old office staff was still there.
Great doctors who are always willing to listen. Been a patient there for many years.
I just got diagnosed with COVID tonight. My wife was diagnosed on Tuesday. She had a teleheath with a Dr. Garritty. She is as prescribed poxlovid. She’s ok now. I call tonight and they tell me he can’t see me because I live in PA. My wife lives with me. What the hell happened? I’ve been a patient of Dr. Vaz for over 20 years. This guy needs to lose his license. And whoever made this error needs to be fired. I’m never going to trust anyone in this medical association again.
My wife went to the Premiere location in Sparta for a colonoscopy…now we got a huge bill for it and the reason was : “ we don’t accept your insurance” So calling there the rude employee said “ well we don’t check all insurances “ ???? Are you crazy how do you plan on getting reimbursed??? That bill can go to collections I’ll never pay .. stay away from these incompetent people!
