I wish I could give 10 stars!! Dr. Makhsida is a FANTASTIC doctor & has an excellent bedside manner! He makes sure you are comfortable & genuinely listens to you(the patient) & puts them 1st!! I was nervous at 1st, but once I met him my nervousness went away immediately!! He is very knowledgeable about diabetes & readily shares that knowledge in layman's terms!! The office is beautiful as well, the ladies at the desk are a pleasure to deal with! All in all a wonderful experience!!!!
Typical doctor office experience in this country: Little to no desire to listen to the patient. Complete waste of my time.
Had a question about a medication that prescribed to me was told by the office staff the Dr doesn't call patients and would have to schedule an office visit. For what !! A five minute phone call. So DR Makhsida you are No longer my Doctor I will find another that take care of their patients.
I am giving three stars to this practice due to the professionalism and excellent beside manner of Dr. Pete. I’ve been seeing him for years. He’s excellent! 5 stars! Dr. Mahksida and his team, however, will make you feel like the most unimportant person in the world, at best. They deserve one star. I came to him with a diagnosis of PCOS and insulin resistance.
