Long story kind of short, my insurance switched and the billing department was still using my old insurance even though I gave them the new insurance information. I had 2 visits declined. They wouldn't duke it out with the insurance company, so for literally 6 months I went back and forth with the old insurance company, the new insurance company and Premier Healthcare's office to try and fix everything so that they got paid. Excellent health care service. Excellent office staff friendly, professional and they go out of their way to help and accommodate patients. Dr. Caninzales is the best.
Do yourself a favor , don’t come here. Lori is SO rude and mean. No understanding of mental health or the urgency to see a doctor. They’re more worried about how much you have in your pocket then your over all well being.
Don’t waste your time trying to speak with the nurse practitioner. If she bothers to get back to you it will many hours late. Usually she just doesn’t get back to you at all.
