The office staff and nurses are negligent and careless about electronically sending prescriptions. Many times I've had to wait for 1-4 days for an initial prescription or prescription refill. Also they have prescription providers in their files that are outdated - 20 years. Who wants to wait for a badly needed prescription for 4 days??

It seemed odd the doctor kept asking me " what else?" She asked maybe 5 or 6 times during an annual 1st visit check up. I found out later through bills and the billing department, that every answer, if a different avenue of exploration, entitled the doctor without question to bill me for an additional visit during the same visit of the discussion.

I have been a patient at premier for 2 years, and I can honestly say that it's an exceptional primary care practice. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is always friendly, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. What really sets this practice apart is the quality of care. “Fantastic primary care office! The staff is always friendly, and both Dr. Casella and Dr. Yaqub are thorough, compassionate, and listen to all your needs. The office is clean and organized, staff is extremely friendly. Nurse Danielle had upmost knowledge and understanding of patient care. She knew exactly what I needed.
