I have been a patient at premier for 2 years, and I can honestly say that it's an exceptional primary care practice. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is always friendly, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. What really sets this practice apart is the quality of care. “Fantastic primary care office! The staff is always friendly, and both Dr. Casella and Dr. Yaqub are thorough, compassionate, and listen to all your needs. The office is clean and organized, staff is extremely friendly. Nurse Danielle had upmost knowledge and understanding of patient care. She knew exactly what I needed. I always feel well taken care of here—highly recommend to anyone in the area!”
Everyone is friendly and caring well diagnosed. Con is insistence on still getting COVID test before going in; that isn't done for other potential COVID isn't deadly any more than the cold or flu, so why this insistence on sticking something up our noses?
We switched to Dr. Yaqub and Dr. Casella because our teens needed better care than they were getting from their former pediatrician whose office was always chaotic with long wait times and unprofessional staff. We love both doctors, who are thorough and professional as well as prompt! The staff are polite and helpful as well. The whole family has switched our care to them.
