No one answers the phone! On hold and rushed like how busy can you be? Hire more staff!!!!’
Nick Tinker has prescribed medication for my husband for years and then abruptly cut him off today. It’s Xanax. you can’t do that to people. he’s not even a doctor so I have to wonder does he understand the consequences of cutting someone off of this medication abruptly? The office staff is horrible. Trying to get through to them is horrible. Please save yourself the time energy, trouble and aggravation and go somewhere else.
the whole experience of this office is just exhausting. don’t bother calling because you can’t get through to anyone. i sit on hold in “position two” on their call list every time i call regardless of the day or time of day. the last time i sat on hold for 10 minutes before someone picked up and said “i can’t hear you you’ll have to call back” before i even said anything! i saw the NP Tinker and i wouldn’t recommend him either. if you have any other options i would 100% take this office off your list of potentials.
My mother called to make an appointment for my father and herself. After waiting 20 minutes she opens her mouth to speak and the receptionist becomes really nasty and says “I’m sorry I can’t hear you call back later” and hangs up. Her tone was rude and her actions were unprofessional. I don’t normally leave reviews but this absolutely baffled me to witness. If I could give 0 stars I would.
