My Father went for a follow up visit. He’s older and can’t drive because of his health so he took a Lyft to his appointment. He lost his keys between the doctors office and the Lyft so he retracted his steps. Upon arriving back to the doctors office he was met with the worst attitude. They sit on their phones rather than help incapaceted patients. Many of them don't even tell you who they are and what their role is. They left me in bloody sheets for two days.
Your billing office is completely disorganized and instead of being honest about it they lied to me about what's going on with my claim. On 2/25/25 I saw my primary care physician for an annual physical. I presented my insurance card at this visit as my last name now has a second name added to it but my Member ID is the SAME as my card from last year. I got a bill today for $384.
