Disappointed by the lack of professionalism. Chris did a couple of projects for me in the past and things went good, so I approached him again for a new project. We discussed the scope, I sent all the details, and he initially responded, letting me know he was busy and had some family matters to attend to, which was completely understandable. Chris has worked as our handyman for the company I work for (HRG) for many years. He’s very knowledgeable and professional and we can always count on him to get things done the right way and at a reasonable price. If I ever have questions or need advice, he’s always ready and willing to explain and answer whatever it may be. He has extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall patching, painting, fencing, and all house related repairs, his expertise is most valuable and irreplaceable.
HRG, my property management company, sends Chris, the Premier Handyman for all of my home repairs. He has always been on time, friendly, professional and clean! No matter if the repair is in door or out door, he leaves the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. He has repaired my AC compressor, my garbage disposal, the trim around my garage door and the wooden pillar on my front porch. Even when I own my own house, I will call Premier Handyman. Thank you for all of the great work!
Chris has performed several projects for me and has become my go to guy for my rental property. He always does quality work and has gone above and beyond many times for me since I live out of state. I highly recommend Premier Handyman!
