This is the company that maintains the grounds of all Detroit public schools, be they occupied and functioning or vacant. For the most part PGA operates like any other grounds/facilities maintenance company does. But I must speak specifically about their lawn care, or should I say grass cutting because no real care is given. They agreed on a price. Didn't pay the invoice. Their COO wanted a lower rate, and made an offer to us for what he was willing to pay. We accepted the lower rate so we could finish all business with them. Months later, they have not paid and are not responding to calls or texts.

Bad neighbors. They park wherever they like, blocking traffic, drive too fast through the side streets, keep their lot messy and dusty, steal water from the fire hydrants, and generally show little respect for the people living nearby. One would think that as a property management company they would be able to keep things tidy, but that might be outside of their scope.
