We hired Premier Grounds Contracting based on their high ratings and because their quote was reasonable in comparison to other companies. However, once the job started, we found that they had subcontracted the work out to another company, who immediately started to cut corners. We were quoted approximately 6" of soil before the sod would be installed and got less than 2. Then Gareth told us that the reason was that the subcontractor hit hard pan.
