If you can find any other certified contractor, I advise you to find all other alternative first before this general contractor. My renovation was supposed to take less than 6 months and ended up taking more than a year. The owner Mike is a sweet talker but he doesn’t deliver all the items you mentioned. If you’re not careful, he will shortcut materials on you so make sure to check your items.
