The staff here is very professional and kind. I love the doctors, nurse practitioners, and assistants. They welcome you and listen to your needs. I have been a patient of this facility for years. Thank you all.
Office is always clean & quiet. Info received was very informative. Assistants always pleasant. Only hiccup was wait time to be seen. Felt like they forgot about me. Other than that, no complaints.
I had my 1st visit with Premier Gastroenterology of KC yesterday. Everyone that I dealt with were extremely helpful and courteous. The NP, I believe her name is Lauren, was very helpful. She went into detail about my condition and explained very well the procedure I need to have to determine what can be done to help me. I haven't met the doctor who will do the procedure yet, but feel confident it will go well.
Everyone was so professional and helpful. I saw Nurse Practitioner Lauren Barber. She took extra time to explain ways to help me better manage my medical issues.
