The Dr. was amazing but the staff is terrible. I specifically got my colonoscopy referral sent to this location because they are one of the few providers that I could find that was willing to do the procedure without anesthesia or sedation per my request. I had called over the phone to confirm what they would allow me to have my colonoscopy without sedation , and they confirmed that it would be my choice. Very disappointed with Premier Gastroenterology Institute. I went in because I needed a colonoscopy to address ongoing problems, but instead of helping they just took my money and told me to go find another doctor. They are not set up to actually provide the care I needed
I took both my parents there for a consultation. The ladies were so nice, friendly and ontime. Only waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. Waiting room was clean. I would definitely refer to someone else
Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that definitely values your time.
