Sam gave us the absolute best experience, he came and was very polite and kind and asked me what had been going on, he listened to me rant about the garage patiently and then specifically said what he was going to do and why it was that way. Simon was great. He arrived at the time window promised. He presented options and wasn't very pushy. He replaced the torsion spring at a reasonable price and was thorough and efficient. He tested the garage door and made sure it worked properly. He provided tips on how to properly perform maintenance to improve the life of the garage door. Job well done Simon.
