Positively one of the best home service experiences I've ever had! I called mid-afternoon and before 5:30 Mike the technician was at my garage assessing the problems with my door hinges and automatic opener. He thoroughly explained the necessary repairs and had them completed in less than 20 minutes. He was VERY polite! I was given a warranty on the repairs as well as an honest, transparent status of my opener and hinges. I enthusiastically recommend this company!

Mike was very good at communicating with me and telling me about the opener. I was hesitant to spend money but I wanted an opener with an app so I could close my door if I forgot to for afar and another benefit to open it for someone to get when when I couldn’t. He did all the maintenance to the cables and the spring and now I know how to do it myself. He cleaned up all the trash and left with all my questions answered. I would highly recommend this company to do your door.

I called premier on a Sunday when other places were closed. Mike came in within an hour and was fast, meticulous and fixed my jammed garage door within 30 min. He also re secured any loose bolts and re sprayed the coil. Highly recommended

Mike was great. Changed 2 garage door openers, helped a not very computer savvy person download the App & link the door to my phone. Heaven help us if we lose our phones!! Would recommend.
