Very happy with service provided! James was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain some basics about my garage door and some things to look out for in the future. He was efficient in his work and had a really positive attitude! Keep it up James!
James was the young man that came to fix our garage spring that broke on mother’s day. First I was astounded that he came out to fix it within 30 minutes of me calling. Secondly he was very proficient and swift at fixing it. The rates were logical and I would strongly endorse Premier garage door repair!!

Great customer service, professional work, called them to fix my garage door, it had been acting up for a whole week, it got so frustrating, that I really needed to get someone, once I called them and tech came out the same day, my problem was fixed in 25 minutes apparently the motor gear mechanism was damaged. Tech was really polite and professional, highly recommend great price too
