THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY NEVER PROMISE WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO GIVE YOU, AND PLEASE BEWARE OF THE E.T.A. THEY PROMISED ME SOMETHING IN TWO WEEKS, AND NOW I AM GOING ON MY FIFTH WEEK. THEY HAVE MY MONEY IN THEIR POCKET AND I HAVE NO MERCHANDISE. BE AWARE OF SALES REPRESENTATIVE MARIA, SHE IS A LYING LOW DOWN WOMAN THAT WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO SIGN ANYTHING.
We were ready to buy $1,200 worth of furniture from them on Sunday 6:00 pm, May 16th, but they had no material swatches and "manager" refused to let us take a pillow home to check the color and pattern with our drapes and wood floors. The salesman (who was trying hard to meet our needs) even asked if we were willing to place a deposit for the pillow and we said yes. No material swatches and a 25% restocking fee? I have never received such excellent customer service!!! I made a mistake (totally my error) when I purchased my new sectional from Premier. I placed a call expecting to be turned away and given no assistance. To my surprise the young lady that answered the phone and listened to my delima informed me she would speak to the sales manager and call me back within 15 minutes.
