I can't understand why there are Negative reviews in which I find it so HARD TO Believe!... Went in to buy a coffee table, they have a great selection. I found just the right one, took a picture with my phone of the sign to take to the cashier, to order the table, out of no where The Store manager this huge man starts yelling in my face, about taking a picture. I explained I just took a photo of the code so I could go to the front and order a table, he stomped away came back shoving a plastic sign at me that says no photos. Very nice showroom. They have great prices and a huge selection. Staff was friendly and helped me find the perfect bed.
I bought a dining set and bedroom set from Premier Furniture in Stockton. The salesman tried telling me they were solid wood. After being over priced for their Made in China furniture, they force delivery and assembling charges on you because they do not give you the option whether or not you'd like to assemble your own furniture in your own home. The guys who came to assemble my furniture were so incompetent, they stripped alot of the bolts with their power drills. That is why I will never go back to this business again. Bu... read more
i was very pleased with my shopping experience at Premier Furniture. My sales rep Steve showed me several bedrooms sets and I found exactly what I wanted and all under my budget. Great store hands down!!
Wow what a showroom!! Selection is huge and entire place is extremely clean. Prices are very good. Service staff is friendly and I got exactly what I was looking for a perfect full bedroom set.!!!

I bought a new couch and with in a month the leather started to rip and peel off. I called for help to get assistance but they were not very helpful at all. It took forever to get any response from turn. Then I went to the store to get answers but that didn't go so well either. Maritza was very indifferent acting like she didn't care.
