Purchased parts online, email said to pick up at bayridge, bayridge sends me over this location 152 58th st.We ping pong from entrance to entrance only because security guard that’s on the ford entrance is in a vehicle facing the opposite way, until I honked and he very uninterested opened the gate. No one on site to direct or even to acknowledge us, drove around to the back, door is locked. All in all horrible customer experience! I called them arround 3:45 they said we will be closed shortly call back tomorrow!!?? Closing time 5 pm . Guys stay a way from ford

I wrote a message at 10 am asking to find out the prices and dates for servicing my car, it is now almost 4 pm, I wrote a bunch of messages and they promised to find out the price and time for an appointment, they still promise to find out the cost, the incompetent employee Jerry still did not schedule a time for servicing my car and did not tell me the cost, it is better to contact another service!
