After taking 5 months to replace an engine under warranty I brought it back **** miles later with a broken rack and pinion steering not under warranty when my insurance company agreed to cover the repair I immediately informed the service department I did not want them to do the work they immediately resubmitted estimates to my insurance company trying to get paid directly by them for work not done or approved by me parts not approved by me 2 hrs after I told them I would not be using them.

If I can give 0 stars I would. My elderly father leased a new **** from this dealership in July of 2021. In September 2021, the car started to experience signs of possible transmission problems. One day while returning from apple picking the transmission went and my father was left with his family on the side of the road. My father brought a brand new vehicle from this dealership and once driven out of the dealership it was having problems. The monitor of the vehicle wouldnt turn on, and also wouldnt charge my phone using the usb cable. I should expect the vehicle all of its components to work since its a brand new car and how can they let a customer with a brand new vehicle walk out of its dealership with problems.

I don’t write many reviews and I’m writing this almost 5 months later, but the issues I dealt with still bother me. I bought my 2016 Mustang used at another dealership and brought it to the Premier Ford Service Center once before with no issues. I had to pay a non-refundable diagnostic fee, which was explained to me. I knew what was wrong with my car by the end of the day and it was fixed the very next day.
