Professional service experience
I had an excellent experience at Premier Ford. Leon my Salesman did an amazing Job with my purchase and the delivery of my Explorer. Manager Michael Polanco did an amazing job like always making this deal happen. He is outstanding employee you have on your staff. I rate the Dealership with a 5 star for customer service. Keep up the Great quality and customer service. Demo also helped in my deal. He is also polite, courteous, and customer friendly. The dealership has an excellent working staff.
This place has the worse service agent working there. They are not professional at all when you call them over the phone, they simply don’t know how to answer you. I had rude service agent who I was calling to change my appointment time & not only he couldn’t help me but he was acting totally like a jerk. He was very rude & unprofessional, When I asked his name, he hung up the phone! Very unprofessional staff & people who are working there don’t have any sense of integrity. Service advisor need much more experience terrible!
Scheduled a test drive. Stopped by and reserved my vehicle of choice. Came back once the vehicle was delivered and was out the door in no time. One of the easiest no nonsense experiences I’ve had at a dealer. Brian exceeds professional standards. Everyone there was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you Premier Ford!
