Susan was top notch all they way. Professional, prompt and very helpful. I had many questions and she was excellent at explaining contract issues and guiding me through the process of purchasing a home.
Exercise caution when considering Cindy Twyman as your realtor, as her professionalism has been questioned, and concerns have been raised regarding her trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidentiality, particularly in instances where she has expressed uninformed opinions. I would not recommend retaining her services again.
I had the pleasure of hiring Susan Cantrell to sell our home. Susan went above and beyond what most realtors would do. I’ve bought and sold 4 properties and by far this was the best experience of them all. Excellent communicator, high real estate IQ, can do attitude and we got more than we expected based on her recommendations. Highly recommend!
