Horrible customer service, if you can even label it service. You can not reach anyone via telephone. They showed up and did not have the flowers I ordered and said they would return. They never did. When I called Pugh's they knew right away who I had ordered from prior to calling them. Premier is the last place you should call to deliver your flowers.
Premier Flowers capped off my son’s elegant prom presentation with beautiful live flowers for his boutonnière and his date’s wrist corsage. I always call on them for our special occasions and they always deliver!
I can't express ample appreciation for the way Premier Flowers Memphis handled my funeral order. First, they had to contact me because of an improper delivery instruction, and once connected, I was able to share with them exactly what I wanted to see in my floral spray. Then, after sending me a snapshot of their designed spray that was hand delivered, I saw they not only met my expectations, but managed to exceed them ... all while staying within my expressed budget!
Premier Flowers did an excellent job on my Mothers bouquet! The arrangements are always unique and the flowers are fresh. They even taught me how to preserve the flowers so my Bouquet can last longer! 5 stars 🤩
