THIS IS A SCAM!!! Do not use this business! I placed online order and noticed they had made a mistake so I tried calling. The phone number does not work!!!! I was charged for the WORST arrangement, delivered the wrong day, with no sympathy card!!! It was NOTHING like I paid for. The poor, sad recipients didn’t even know where or who it came from. Going to the State Attorney General now.
If I could give them a zero, I would give them a zero. I ordered a B well bouquet for my daughter who just recently had surgery and I also ordered a box of chocolates. She did not get the chocolates which I paid for and the bouquet looked nothing like the picture. I have tried to call them, but for some reason, their call will not go through. Integrity is a cornerstone of business. Premier Floral has none. My mother ordered an arrangement for my daughter's graduation that was to be delivered Monday. Due to storms Monday evening, Premier said it would be delivered Tuesday morning, which is understandable. Tuesday afternoon it was allegedly with the driver for delivery. I've never been so angry with myself for not reading Google reviews on a business before making a purchase in my life. Do not waste your time with this business! I ordered flowers for the anniversary of my friend finishing chemotherapy for breast cancer - which I put into the card I wanted included in my order. I placed my order on July 18 to be delivered on July 24.
