We had an outstanding experience with Premier Floors. After we demolished an old closet and built a new one, we were left with two large holes in our hardwood floor that we were honestly worried would never look right again. Premier Floors repaired them so seamlessly that you would never know the floor had been touched. The craftsmanship is remarkable. I had an overall negative experience with Premier Floors. The new oak floors they installed look nice now that the work is done, save for some spots and I believe the stain should have been water popped to make it deeper (not presented as an option). The issues I had were communication from the company during the work as well as rushing and a lack of attention to detail. Their needs from me were often not communicated until the last minute, which resulted in me having to call out of work to go attend to their requests multip... read more

Rene and his crew are very easy to work with—very professional. We recently had some repairs and maintenance done to our otherwise beautiful dark wood floors. They made the repairs seamlessly. The coloring and polishing were a perfect match. We’re very pleased with the results. Thank you!
