Bernard, Pamela, and Erick did a phenomenal job on our floors and made the entire experience fun and seamless. From the start, premier floors was extremely responsive and so easy to work with. Despite the fact that I’ve changed my mind many times after signing the contract, resulting in many change orders, they were extremely accommodating and made the process so easy and pain-free. Our floors are stunning and we are thrilled with how they turned out. If we ever need work again, I will absolutely hire them.

Excellent job all around. We had them install oak flooring in our library addition. There were several issues to address, like the transitions between the old house and the (not quite as old) addition, coordinating with the different wood stains used in the two, various awkward spots, etc., all of which they handled quite well. We were on travel during most of the installation, but they did a good job of keeping us informed the whole time. All on a short schedule and for a very reasonable price.

They also refinished the entire bedroom floor, and the transformation is stunning. The room looks brand new, and the finish is smooth, rich, and beautifully consistent. From s... read more

I had an overall negative experience with Premier Floors. The new oak floors they installed look nice now that the work is done, save for some spots and I believe the stain should have been water popped to make it deeper (not presented as an option). The issues I had were communication from the company during the work as well as rushing and a lack of attention to detail. Their needs from me were often not communicated until the last minute, which resulted in me having to call out of work to go attend to their requests multip... read more
