Horrible service. Going through our warranty of our new home. Taking 3-4 months to schedule reinstall of our floors. Floors weren’t properly installed as there was no functional Ac/heat during install. Floors are separating. Dealing with multiple visits of manager Ken and staff. Showing all of them what needs to be done (hallow spots need to be leveled then redo the floors) multiple rescheduling and still came today not understanding what needs to be done! Absolutely horrible!
Okay place..but no live music anymore
The sales people are pleasant, not hard sell types. Selection is good.
