My son has been a member for almost a year now doing the youth speed & strength class, we signing him up to help with mainly baseball. He absolutely loves coming every week & hates if he has to miss a class. Coaches Cayden, Alec & Shane are amazing and push my son to help reach his personal goals. This class has made such an impact on not only his athletic abilities but his confidence has excelled beyond what we could’ve ever imagined. Highly recommend Premier Fitness!
Our children loved working out here. The professionalism and fun make it definitely a location to bring current or future athletes. The way that they approach conditioning will give anyone noticeable gains if they go frequently.
