Horrible The customer service is terrible. They will tell you anything to get you to join and then couldn't care less about keeping you. I have never had a worse gym experience. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM! Also,there are actually hidden charges!
Poor Customer Service!!! The gym itself is ok but no prize. I even refered people to one of their trainers, who did an awesome job. The problem comes in once your contract is over. They call you and ask if you want to continue, you reply no and then they keep billing you. When you call back, they say that you have to come in and sign something to get the withdrawals to stop. a gym to go to I joined in dec, 09 at the odebton location. The outside does not do it justice. It is huge inside. But the main thing is all the stuff going on. The trainers have so many different programs going on its crazy. Im never bored. All new spinning bikes and freemotion equipment. They actually service you here instead of wearhousing you.
Bad, bad, bad The management is so focused on making money; they don??t have time to care for their members. Equipment is outdated, staff is rude. You are better off going somewhere else.
Premier Fitness is horrible The only nice thing about Premier is you can use the Annapolis or Odenton facility. I spent more time at Annapolis which was a bit nicer with newer equipment. The equipment in Odenton is more run down but i never had to wait for anything. The staff is atrocious. I signed up in Annapolis and they mixed up my billing so much that the owner set a meeting with my boyfriend. Not Great, Not Bad OK, this place is no Gold's, but honestly it's not all that bad. The equipment is at times tired, but the cardio equipment is in good shape, as is most other things. We honestly have had no issue with the people there, finding them coridal, if not friendly. In terms of cost, they were better than offered by Gold's, since someone has to pay for the cinema at Gold's. All in it ranks in the middle. It's not for everyone, but fine for us.
Limited gym... not worth the money. When I first began joined this gym, I wasn't overly impressed, but the gym was nearby my home and I was able to get a good deal.

A bit on the pricet side This gym offers a wide choice of equipment which not only gives you a variety but also helps to make sure that equipment is available to work out on. The space is so big that even during prime workout hours there is still a spacious feel. They do offer childcare but you have to pay extra. They also have a seperate women's area for circuit training.
