In the past 3-months I have seen my motivation to work out improve! In the beginning I dreaded going to the gym, now I hate missing it. I love the group exercise classes! Especially spinning and body pump!

Great Trainers - the rest???? The Pros: They have the best trainers I have ever seen or used! (Vince, John, and Mary are the BEST!!) The staff is all very nice and it is a small "friendly" club. The cleaning staff is constantly working to keep things clean and sanitized for everyone which is nice. It is the only place I know that has frozen towels to use after a workout.
