The worst experiences I’ve ever had. The Doctors were kind and the nurses but billing and front office staff is horrible. Very rude and unprofessional. Went there for help only to receive ridicule from the billing staff and treated like a joke. We have great insurance everywhere else, no co-pay etc. Fingers were pointed, I was talked to like a child, degraded and when I tried to work something REASONABLE out with them to start a payment plan for our bill after 4-5 tops visits they wanted $140 a month or else. I highly recommend Dr. Yoder and her staff. I been with Dr. Yoder. for several years and see her nurse practitioner Jennifer Johnson. I wouldn't change a thing about the the staff. I love them . Never had a problem they have always been on all my problems. They care about you they listen and take their time with you. They get you in a appt. as soon as they can. . I will never go to another doctor. I'm grateful to have such a great relationship with my Dr.and nurse practitioner Jennifer Johnson and her nurse Alyssa.
I don’t know what I would do without Dr. Yoder. I have been going to Dr. Yoder for over 20 years and I would never go to anybody but her. She’s not just my doctor but she makes you feel like family each time you visit. And the staff are awesome. They are always very friendly and helpful. I have issues right now with my back and Joe who works in the office has helped me out tremendously. He’s always very kind and very helpful.
