So thorough and respectful! Everyone was so nice!
They were great, but it's been a hassle to get my meds refilled the last two times. They don't communicate with each other leaving both my pharmacy and me to figure things out. The pharmacy says to talk to the doctor directly, the doctor says to request the refill online, the pharmacy says there's no refills even though I had my appointment less than 4 months ago. I think I'm going to find a doctor that won't be so casual about risking people's livelihoods.

I love the staff, but now that they are UNMC affiliated it's no longer possible to call the office. You get shunted into the hell of UNMC's automated phone system instead. I'm still waiting for a call back hours later when before I would have gotten a person on the third ring, paid my bill, and gotten on with the day. My other providers can't get records sent to them, I assume for the same reason.
