I usually see Dr. Francis, who I've always had positive experiences with. A few weeks ago, I saw Weston Allinson - because I was able to get an appointment to see him sooner than Dr. Francis - and unfortunately did not have a good experience with him. We have come to the after-hours clinic on 11/29/25, and the experience was extremely disappointing. At check-in, we were told we had to pay an additional $45 copay on top of the $100 urgent care copay or would not be seen. I tried to explain that we always pay our copay at the time of service and that this additional charge did not seem correct, but the receptionist would not listen or explain further. We were essentially forced to pay $145 just to receive care. Once we were seen, the visit was largely unhelpful. We have a d... read more
