I absolutely love this office in Lehi! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Francis is amazing—he really cares about his patients and takes the time to explain any concerns about your well-being. Highly recommend!
I love the doctors, unfortunately it is difficut to get in to your PCP. This causes issues whit patients that hace complex chronic health problems. A PCP should be attending as they know how to best treat their patients.
I had a procedure at the emergency room, (emergency gall bladder removal) Dr Francis's staff followed up quickly and I was able to meet with the dr shortly thereafter. He was very good in taking the time to explain the problem, the procedure, and what I might expect in the future. He also took the time to answer my questions. Very happy with my visit.
Dr Francis is an awesome and caring physician!
