I’m extremely disappointed with the care—or lack of it—we received here. My young daughter broke her arm during a soccer game shortly before closing time. I called multiple times ahead to see if they could still see her, but no one picked up. Assuming they were just busy, we rushed over and arrived at 9:02 PM—just two minutes after closing. Despite the fact that the waiting room was clearly not busy, we were turned away and told to go to the emergency room instead. Awesome doctors, nice office staff, but if you actually want to get your meds on time request them as early as possible, because they take FOREVER Edit : Staff has increased speed on sending in med requests, and as such I have raised my rating

Update and lowered to 1 star: Came in with what I thought was a ruptured ear drum. Waited 30 minutes after my appointment time in horrible pain (also pregnant and sick) Was prescribed an antibiotic for a ruptured eardrum. Went to an ENT two weeks later, no ruptured eardrum. It was a hematoma in my middle ear, and the type of infection I had isn't helped by oral antibiotics. The antibiotics were totally unnecessary, which was very upsetting, as they're really not great to take while pregnant.
