Dr Ngatuvai is amazing! He is one of the few doctors that will actually take the time to sit and actually LISTEN to what is going on and cares about his patients. Thanks Dr Ngatuvai!
Very disappointed! I wouldn't even give it a one star! The other day I called to get a prescription refill and they told me I had to do a follow up appointment with the doctor. I told the girl I didn't have my schedule with me so I would call back in about an hour. She told me there was a lot of appointments available next day. I tried calling several times that day no answer just to their answering machine. The next day I try calling again at least 10 more times still no answer straight to the answering machine. The worst ever. good doctors but it's not worth dealing with the staff
I was prescribed 2 medicines for my sore throat--an antibiotic that I was advised wouldn't interfere with birth control (absolutely false--thankfully I checked!) and a medication that's completely unavailable in the United States right now. I didn't even see the doctor--only the physicians assistant--and was charged $200. Complete joke.
The nurse practitioner is completely inept at her job. I can never get in to see the MD or the PA because their schedules are always busy. She doesn't know what she is doing and, to put it bluntly, a complete idiot. I wasted $200 on a completely unnecessary procedure on her recommendation. I was also worried about a chronic genetic condition in my family. She brushed me off and said I didn't have it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
This is one of the most unprofessional medical facilites that I have been to here in Utah. Some of the staff are rude and the management is clueless.
i have called them like 100 times they never answer thier phone!!!!!! i hate how they dopnt answer thier phones because you cant change an apiontment or add one.
