I was prescribed 2 medicines for my sore throat--an antibiotic that I was advised wouldn't interfere with birth control (absolutely false--thankfully I checked!) and a medication that's completely unavailable in the United States right now. I didn't even see the doctor--only the physicians assistant--and was charged $200. Complete joke.
The nurse practitioner is completely inept at her job. I can never get in to see the MD or the PA because their schedules are always busy. She doesn't know what she is doing and, to put it bluntly, a complete idiot. I wasted $200 on a completely unnecessary procedure on her recommendation. I was also worried about a chronic genetic condition in my family. She brushed me off and said I didn't have it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
