They list saturdays they are open until 6, I arrived at 4:30 and there was not anyone. And the doors were locked.
Doc visit was fine, wait was short. They charge $105 at check-in if your deductible is not met (most people). Make sure you have your HSA card with you or you'll have to pay and file for reimbursement (another hassle on top of everything else that is part of our lovely medical system here in the US).
my partner came here last minute for the urgent care because he got food poisoning and the staff from check in to seeing the doctor was just great, super welcoming and relaxed. we really appreciated their help and attention to detail and patience. they gave him an iv and proscribed some medications to help the next few days. thanks for the great experience!
From beginning to end this office and staff is absolutely amazing! I love the new location. Emily & Molly at the front desk are so very kind and helpful. Lulu was so thorough as my daughter was a new patient. They all made her feel so very comfortable!
