One of the women at the urgent care counter is not that professional. Don’t ever try and insult someone’s intelligence by asking them questions when they know what they’re talking about. And then to continue asking them after they’ve already answered you. She definitely needs to work on her people skills, no matter who walks through that door.
Dr.McManus Is hands-down one of the best primary care doctors that I have ever had. He really takes the time to listen and go through your medical history and cares about you as a person. This is all backed up by recent research and evidence based practice.
Dr. Levi Bachler at Premier Family Medical is absolutely amazing. He is kind, attentive, and genuinely. He takes the time to listen to my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. I always feel heard and cared for when I see him. He explains everything clearly and makes sure I understand what’s going on and what the next steps are. I’m so grateful to have a doctor I can trust and would highly recommend Dr. Levi to anyone looking for an excellent, compassionate provider!
I called to get a refill on my medication & everything got approved. Well later on I got a text saying I have to come pick up the prescription I live in santaquin… i called them I spoke with Toni I got nothing but attitude from her. I told her I’m leaving out of town tomorrow, she said to come pick it up, I told her I am not driving to Eagle mnt because I live in santaquin.. she said well it’s Saratoga..
