I have never in my life dealt with doctors and staff this incompetent. I’ve called over 40 pharmacies to see if they have my prescription. Finally, I found one. They called in the wrong prescription twice and now that pharmacy is out of stock and I leave for a business trip tomorrow. I found another pharmacy but the doctors office closed for the day and left me out of luck. Truly the worst medical experience I’ve ever had in my whole life.

I just moved from Arizona and the medical care I receive from Premier Family is above and beyond any service I’ve received in the last 20 years. I’m able to get X-rays done in house and discuss it with my doctor at the time of my appointment! And my doctor has called me after hours to discuss medication and insurance coverage which is UNHEARD of all the years I was treated in Arizona! I am always greeted and seen promptly EVERY TIME! Thank you Premier

I went to the office for a possible broken bone. They asked for $150 deposit, in my experience I rather don’t pay the deposit because it is usually less and then you have to make multiple phone calls to get your money back. I asked the receptionist that I rather receive a bill but she keep saying it is a requirement to be seen.
