Every thing in the office is very nice yes it was
Dr Bledsoe is great. He is thorough and spends plenty of time with me. The staff are excellent as well
We’ve been patients here for 8 years and have generally had excellent experiences. Unfortunately, my last visit was very disappointing. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited 40 minutes without being seen, while two walk-in patients were seen ahead of me. I eventually left without being helped. My wife sent a text afterward and received a brief apology, but there was no follow-up. Sadly, this experience makes it hard to continue trusting this office, and we will be looking for a new doctor.
I’m used to doctors not really doing anything for my symptoms or just trying to push a pill without tests or further investigation. Dr. Bledsoe was a great listener, great at explaining what might be going on with me and ordered tests as well as specialist referrals. He also made me feel validated, didn’t gas light me or make me feel stupid. I would definitely recommended him. The office staff are also very nice and helpful!
The wait times if you call the office are horrible! You will be left waiting until the answering machine takes over and prompted to leave a message. Which I have done and have waited over a week without any call back or follow up!
