Good luck getting info on lab results. Portal is also ineffective, I think they only look at it to collect payments.
The wait times at this office seem to be particularly bad, and the receptionists should probably stop gossiping about patients while the waiting is full of people to hear them.
I’ve only been once but it was great!! I saw an actual MD for my walk-in visit. He was thorough, I didn’t feel rushed, and I got my lab results at the visit. Glad to have a place to go in city center!!
