I called to get my prescriptions renewed because I didn’t want to run out, and the lady was as rude as anyone ever had been to me, I’m look for a new Dr.
Utterly unhelpful when in urgent medical need. The pharmacy I use has inventory destruction and is completely out of my medication. After 2 days without my meds and realizing the pharmacy wouldn't be delivering for me, who do I call, the Ridiculous Premier Family Medical Urgent Couldn't "Care" Less Center in Lehi? What a complete fraud the terms "urgent care" are, when referring to Premier's "Family" Medical Practice. Horrible customer/medical service. Extremely unhappy with the services we received from Dr. Peterson and his team. He was unwilling to work with us in any way to make it right. I feel completely robbed of our money. Avoid Premier Dermatology at all costs. Go to another Doctor for Dermatology.
Dr Ngatuvai is amazing! He is one of the few doctors that will actually take the time to sit and actually LISTEN to what is going on and cares about his patients. Thanks Dr Ngatuvai!
I can't begin to say enough good about Aaron and Dr. MacArthur!!!!! We love their awesome nurses and the amazing receptionists too! Every time we go in, they listen, show genuine concern, and they do everything they can to help us get back to 100% as fast as possible! They are the best!
Very disappointed! I wouldn't even give it a one star! The other day I called to get a prescription refill and they told me I had to do a follow up appointment with the doctor. I told the girl I didn't have my schedule with me so I would call back in about an hour. She told me there was a lot of appointments available next day. I tried calling several times that day no answer just to their answering machine. The next day I try calling again at least 10 more times still no answer straight to the answering machine.
