I needed a referral for my specialist which normally takes 5 to 7 days, well I went to the office and Genesis was so helpful with the referral authorization, I had it within 2 hours and was able to see my specialist the same day. Thank you, Genesis, for a wonderful experience. Jim L
This place will not call you back, takes months to get a appointment., my wife has been out of her medicine for a month, won’t call back, will not even respond to the calls from the pharmacy. Premier Health should do the right thing and close down before someone becomes very sick, this place is a complete joke ( all Premier )
