My child and I went to see Dr. Nimish Patel, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. First, I found Dr. Patel’s manner to be rude and arrogant. I initially chose to overlook that, but what happened afterward was far more concerning. My son received a glasses prescription from Dr. Patel and, after getting the new glasses, he was unable to see properly with them. Terrible experience kept flashing my eye couldn’t get the pictures did the whole process with my lenses on had to do it all over again flashing my eye to nothing to the point I was tearing excessively. Treated me like a stranger I been going there for 3yrs switch my doctor without my consent she was clueless but did her best I won’t return ever.
Great staff. Good work!
