RecommendedWe were referred to Dr. Tsai for our four year old son. He regularly sleeps with his eye open and had also been previously diagnosed with chronic migraines. He had a lot of anxiety with the appointment, but the entire staff was incredibly accommodating and understanding. Been going to Dr. Tsai for a long time now, maybe 12 years and we left one year to go somewhere closer to home. Never again. We went back to her and never left. She treats you as if you are family. She also has such wonderful staff.
First, blood pressure was taken which i was amazed by. I’m a health care professional and i can say you don’t see this often. It has been a great experience. Dr. Sonia Rose was amazing with patient care and her education with the eye field. Her assistant was very kind himself. Coming from another thorough healthcare professional I HIGHLY recommend.
We have been going to Angela Tsai for years. We love her and the office staff and highly recommend their business.
Love the doctors and staff. Very knowledgeable and listen to you in you appointment. I have gotten glasses here many times and they always make it right, even when it’s a supplier problem. They have been more busy and wait times have been longer than normal but they seem to be working on it.
I was a new patient received an email with all this info to fill out and said arrive 30 minutes early I did. got there and had fill out the forms on line ... they like to have a paper copy... 20 mins after my appointment time I asked when I was goin6to be seen 5 minutes I was.told....10 mins later I asked again she looked yo see if a different dr could see me.... nope... she started to reschedule me and asked next available...I walked out
Great friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors, easy location, very helpful receptionists & Dr. Tsai is wonderful & has a pleasant friendly "chairside" manner. 😊
Doctor Tsai and the staff always make you feel so welcome! The great folks in the optical section are fantastic and helpful with picking out just the right frames.
