Scheduled routine eye exam for myself and husband. Routine eye exam ended up costing us over $300. They insisted we pay before we leave even though we told them we have Cigna insurance and they claimed that once they get reimbursed from Cigna then they would reimburse us so we are out over $300 for a "routine" exams. Lesson Learned - Never again!!!

The Doctors and staff are very knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. The waiting area is very comfortable and relaxing, with a floor to ceiling waterfall wall. Everything is clean and up to date inspiring confidence in the whole experience.

I had an appt with Dr Ge last week about a medical problem and an appt with Dr Royce today for a prescription for my contacts. Both doctors were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is friendly, helpful, and, also, exceptional knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office. I wish I had found this place before now.

Dr. Royce and Dr. Ge are "the best". I saw Dr. Royce yesterday and not only did she provide superb care; she educated me as she provided care. I feel VERY fortunate to have such caring and skilled specialists monitoring/directing my eye health. Additionally the staff are superb; Elizabeth is such a joy.
