I went to Premier Eye Center today to browse for a new pair of frames. I was not allowed to do so unless I provided my personal information. The front desk staff insisted that they had to enter my data into their system before allowing me to browse the store, accompanied by one of their employee. I was shocked by the request to provide my personal information and felt that I was discriminated against because of my accent. I am a 76-year-old man, and I was not there to steal. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sanders. He is, without question, the kindest and most thorough eye doctor I have ever met. During my exam, he went above and beyond to understand not only my vision concerns but also how my overall health might be impacting my eyes. We followed Dr Bundy from Costco in his beginnings to here! We were saddened to hear of his move away! We are super excited to see Dr Shane for our needs and concerns! His grand energy and true caring character came shining in as he cared for us. Even often in bringing not so good news, he has a gift of comfort and positivity! Most of the staff was nice. Low stars because I wasn't able to walk around to look at glasses to pick on my own, an error/scratch on my glasses lense when i recieved them, even after asking multiple times about my contacts when in office I wasn't told the full information about contacts being shipped (has to be at least a years worth), when I recieved them the left eye isn't correct. I wasted time and money going here.
