Dr West is lovely and so are all the support staff in the office.
as predicted my glasses were the wrong prescription. I had a second exam with Dr Sullivan on June 12, they sent my glasses back with a new script. they came back on the 22nd and were still wrong. So it was going to be another week. I asked for a full refund which they did and they were supposed to refund the insurance company as well. As of the 29th that has not happened. so here we are 6 weeks later and I still dont have glasses. I bought my eyeglasses at Premier Eye Center in Prescott, AZ. I’m very happy with their product and great service. I’m hard on my glasses so I go back occasionally to have the frames adjusted — and they always know how to tune them up just right. I stopped in the other day for a frame adjustment. Justin Smith, the optician, helped me and was so kind and professional — he really knew what to do to make them fit again. I have been going here for a couple years and they are usually really good. But today I had an appointment at 3:30pm but didn't get to see the doctor until 4:58pm. He was nice but rushed and didn't do my prescription correctly. When I went to pick out glasses, after waiting for an hour-and-a-half to see the doctor, not only were they closed but they couldn't help me without correcting the prescription first, and the doctor already went home.
