Most of the staff was nice. Low stars because I wasn't able to walk around to look at glasses to pick on my own, an error/scratch on my glasses lense when i recieved them, even after asking multiple times about my contacts when in office I wasn't told the full information about contacts being shipped (has to be at least a years worth), when I recieved them the left eye isn't correct. I wasted time and money going here.
This is my 3rd eye doctor I have seen in town. The first two had little compassion or interest in finding solutions. Doctor Sanders is amazing. He did not rush me in and out. He took the time to properly test and listen to my concerns. Explained things no one else did. The front desk staff are all kind and efficient. This is the place to go for amazing care! Wish I would’ve come here first!
Been a patient at this top shelf group for some years, very pleased. Dr Bundy for years now Dr Stevens. 110 percent professional. Highly recommend this eye practice. Been wearing glasses for 70 years so I know a few opticians and eye doctors over the years!
Julie and Dr. Shane were very nice but I’m giving 3 stars due to the 1 hour wait and the efficiency of the office. My appointment was at 9am, got there early for paperwork. I waited 20 minutes and then was taken back to a room. We were moving to another exam room but they were all full, so back to the waiting room for 40 more minutes. Once I saw the doctor it was like 10 minutes. And then the girl at the end to help find new glasses was very nice as well . I just wish the wait wasn’t so long, seemed like they overbooked.
Dr SANDERS is amazing. SO knowledgeable and very happy to explain as long as needed till we get to a great place. Excellent work!
