Made my appointment online and they confirmed it the next day. Just finished up here and I’m highly satisfied with their quickness and hospitality. The inside is so cozy and the atmosphere here is so calming. Cute dog too!
I visited because they are a premium provider through my eye plan. Staff is very nice and friendly. They have a nice frame selection and staff is very helpful explaining different lens options. I did return after picking up my eyeglasses to have them tightened and somehow my lenses were damaged beyond any repair. So I had to wait for new lenses to arrive during the Memorial Day holiday. They do text you with updates and once my replacement lenses arrived, I had them adjusted and have been most happy with them.
The doctor here is kind, accommodating, and understanding. The inside of the store is very calming and beautiful. Highly recommend for all your eye care needs. I will definitely be going back. Edit/Update: I had a question regarding my visit and needed information. I called in and the staff was very helpful and got what I needed right away.

Wow! 7 weeks I have waited for my glasses. I talked with them the other day and they said it was my insurance fault! They said they would call me yesterday to come & pick up my glasses because they were at the Mount pleasant location and he would bring them personally to the WA location. Guess what? No phone call. Stopping in there today and if they don’t have my glasses…..
