WARNING WARNING!!! Management refused to give a refund when glasses were not alligned propery. He charged my insurance and refused to give deposit back.
I went to this place to try to make an appointment, this place is not at the location it says. The only office is in Opelika and the Auburn location does not exist.
During my last annual exam, I asked the doctor if my contact prescription was the same. I also said that I did not really wear the contacts anymore (so really I was asking out of curiosity in case I wanted to order some later on). He said yes it's the same. Then charged me $100 for a "contact exam". What exactly did you examine...? The lady at the desk also almost charged me $200 for contacts that I never said, or even implied, I wanted. AFTER 3 MONTHS OF DEALING WITH MANAGEMENT, I STILL HAVE NO REFUND OF $800 GLASSES THAT HAVE THE WRONG P D MEASUREMENT FROM THE START. I CANT USE THESE GLASSES AND HE REFUSES TO CORRECT. I CANT AFFORD ANOTHER PAIR OF GLASSES
