This is where I get my car washed at least twice a month. They do I great job and have great customer service. I would recommend them and have recommended them to everybody.
Broke console in my husband truck. Will not acknowledge damage, still waiting on the video. I know wasn't broke when truck was left.
My husband took our new truck here to be washed. One of the machines they use chipped the paint on the truck . He talked with the manager and NOTHING was done about it . We won't ever use this place again nor will we recommend it !!!!!!!
This was not what I expected. I thought I was getting a professional clean, but what I got was very amateur. They didn’t clean the car. It’s still dirty on the outside and the inside looks like it was wiped down with a wet rag. The only thing that looked good was the carpets. Would not recommend and I will not be going back. This place is definitely quantity over quality.
Been sitting here longer than 10 minutes behind the chain to get in at 940 when this place is supposed to open at 8. Workers are here but no one tells me what is going on until I go in and says water lines are frozen. No clue when they will open and you would think if a car was sitting outside waiting they would have the courtesy to let you k ow what is going on. Especially when I am not the only one in line.
Once again, these people failed to clean the top of my SUV. If I pay $2 extra you would think they would make a concerted effort to clean the top. But since they left the cleaning rag inside my car, I guess they wanted me to do it which I did after I got home. Even tho I'm a "member" , no more free car washes, and now they give us the air freshener inside a Ziploc baggie for us to place inside. Hmm, I'm gonna have to rethink "membership". Very poor job.
I did an excellent job on my car. I didn't find any spots on the outside and they did a super job wiping down the in side. I watched them do it. The best car wash that I've ever gotten.
Got a free bday wash! My car was extremely clean even the wheels! And the strawberry scents is very yummy! Also it was early morning so it was super fast!!
