Seems like the service department doesn't really care about its customers, not only that, it's either never their problem, or they're unqualified to fix it. I'm sure that the folks try to act in good character, but it seems like they're just much more worried about their bottom line than helping you out. I won't be taking my new Holland equipment here again.

Purchased a Mahindra 4550 from here. So far it has been a very good experience and Nick was more than helpful in answering any of my concerns and or questions. He took care of all the added options I requested and the tractor arrived at the time he stated it would be delivered. So far, I can't be more pleased. He is still on a mission to find the optional Mahindra bolt on cutting edge for the front bucket.
