My 3 year old was seen at Premier ENT for enlarged tonsils, which turned out to be causing sleep apnea. Surgery to remove his tonsils and adenoids was scheduled promptly. Dr Mallen made us feel comfortable with putting our baby in his care on surgery day and he and his team prepared us for the post op expectations and instructions for alleviating the pain. My son was back to normal one week after surgery and is no longer showing signs of difficulty breathing at night. Thank you Premier ENT.
Really great practice. The Receptionist, Assistant and Dr. Mallen were ALL kind, thoughtful, thorough, and listened. Been having issues for almost 3 months and finally know and understand what's going on after being to 3 other places including the ER. Highly recommend and extremely grateful.
Very impressed and satisfied with Dr. Mallens service. Excellent bedside manners. Very knowledgeable.
