Met with Swarnjit Singh, M.D. virtually and to say I'm completely offended is an understatement. I was told "I'm wasting his time and mine" with regards to a CT scan showing I had issues. He claimed because I had seen someone on the west side which is an hour away, compared to 20 min away (his office), I should go back to them. He refused to even review my health concerns or records. The call was less than one minute and that is no lie. I'll be disputing this appointment when it comes through on my insurance. I don't recomme... read more
LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS Absolutely horrible - the most unprofessional and disorderly experience I have had with doctors. Angelica didn’t call me back I had to call her several times for an update. They cancelled my procedure and said they were unable to reschedule due to the colonoscopy prep failing. It made me vomit 4 times and cause more intensional issues than I had before. Extremely unprofessional and rude. The lady hung up on me while I was talking. They stated they did not want to schedule my appointment because they do not take my insurance, I called my insurance and verified they are in network, but she did not want to investigate further. This place really needs to re-train their staff.
