My husband and I have been going to Dr. Grace for many years. She has always seemed to be a caring doctor. However, I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I was not allowed to speak with Dr. Grace until I was in the procedure room. When I awoke from the colonoscopy/endoscopy, I had a terrible sore throat. I had a colonoscopy yesterday at this facility. This was my third colonoscopy in 13 years, my first two being performed at two different facilities in Minnesota. This experience was better than the first two. I found the staff to be very friendly, informative, and skilled. I waited less than 30 minutes to be taken back once I checked in. Not sure why all the bad reviews. Got here early for an endoscopy, they were very efficient and professional. From check-in to the procedure room was maybe 15 minutes. Felt very comfortable the whole time and woke up from the procedure with no complications.
If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! Yesterday we had a bad storm and the power went out in the building when we arrived at 6:30 AM the generator was running. I was the first appointment of the day although this was nothing that they can control. I made sure I prayed a lot because if the power was not back on by 9 AM, they were going to have to close the facility which would’ve meant that I would’ve had to do a prep for a second time nobody wants to do that Anyhow God heard my prayers and the power went on at 8:59 AM.
