I recently visited this facility and had a hard time due to the strong perfume smells in the air. The scent wasn't good in the main waiting room and near the front desk. As a patient, the strong chemical smell triggered a headache and made it hard to breathe. Unfortunately, the lobby and elevator were far worse. The care received was great and the staff wonderful. However, this is the second time they booked me with an anesthesiologist (who was wonderful) that was not covered by my insurance . Both times-I asked and was told it was covered. I was not notified the day of procedure and only found out when bill came. Be prepared for large bill! The staff would get five stars except for this large and unexpected bill.

if they send you an email to complete, medical history delete it. spent 15-20 mintues to get a password got the run around. best just to fill out the forms at the office. if they do not like it duff, maybe fix it so it is easier setupb an account

My wife recently underwent an endoscopy and colonoscopy procedure at Premiere Endoscopy in Collier County, and I feel compelled to report extremely concerning behavior from the anesthesiologist involved in her care. From the moment she interacted with my wife, her attitude was dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily hostile. Dr. Grace and her staff have made 2 of my visits easy. Not sure what the other people's bad reviews are for, but from first appt to procedure day they are very caring and thorough in listening and prep instructions. Verbally and physically giving you exactly what needs to be done day before and of. I was treated with kindness and respect and she sat and took the time to answer my loads of questions. Nurses made sure I was comfortable.
