Very unorganized and poor communication. First they changed my appointment and didn't tell me. Then they turned me away because they gave me the wrong preparation instructions, which I followed, but didn't give me the proper preparation instructions.
Just had my colonscopy here. It was great. Nurses and Dr. were very good. I was a little nervous but literally you go in, they give you the meds, and you wake up in recovery. No pain whatsoever. Thank you all!
After care deplorable
I had a procedure done at this office yesterday and the treatment I received was 5 Star. I really appreciated the kind and caring nature of all of the staff and the Doctors. I would recommend this to anyone in need of gastrologic tests- Thanks Kim McIntosh
Came in for procedure ( endoscopy/colonoscopy) yesterday, check in was easy and from the time I arrived until leaving it was all done within 2 hrs .. the nurses and anesthesia were so kind, friendly and really helped to put me at ease.. if you have to do this I highly recommend this office with " Dr. Winzenried and the entire staff..
