I had a procedure done at Premier Endoscopy yesterday. The establishment and the staff left me with a very good and positive impression. Kathy, Mona and Ally were caring, professional and efficient. They are truly a great asset to this establishment. My Gastroenterologist, Dr. Manuel Bustamente, performed the procedure with great knowledge and efficiency. Highly recommended.
I recently visited this facility and had a hard time due to the strong perfume smells in the air. The scent wasn't good in the main waiting room and near the front desk. As a patient, the strong chemical smell triggered a headache and made it hard to breathe. Unfortunately, the lobby and elevator were far worse. It is sad that artificial scents have become so pervasive in public spaces, as it makes it increasingly difficult for sensitive individuals to visit public locations. The care received was great and the staff wonderful. However, this is the second time they booked me with an anesthesiologist (who was wonderful) that was not covered by my insurance . Both times-I asked and was told it was covered. I was not notified the day of procedure and only found out when bill came. Be prepared for large bill! The staff would get five stars except for this large and unexpected bill.
if they send you an email to complete, medical history delete it. spent 15-20 mintues to get a password got the run around. best just to fill out the forms at the office. if they do not like it duff, maybe fix it so it is easier setupb an account
My wife recently underwent an endoscopy and colonoscopy procedure at Premiere Endoscopy in Collier County, and I feel compelled to report extremely concerning behavior from the anesthesiologist involved in her care. From the moment she interacted with my wife, her attitude was dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily hostile.
