I have been in pain for over two months on and off trying to delay the inevitable, after a terribly painful weekend I finally made the call and Dr.Batsevitsky's team got me in so fast. Needles are what usually freaks me out but they made it so much easier and I got distracted with some patting and cheek massage ( so simple yet effective ). Just returned home from a root canal performed by Dr Malgaard and assistant Maria. I walked thru the doors in tears of pain and walked out with tears of relief and gratitude. Can’t say enough about this practices professionalism, compassion and overall care. The best dental experience one could ask for. Thank you PEC and staff!
They only told me I was paying out of pocket when I came to the office. I would have definitely looked for different places/options if they told me on the phone. But I guess they really wanted the $1100 I paid. It is a dishonest business practice especially when you know your patient is in pain and willnot be able to wait for another appointment.
Easily the easiest dental procedure - root canal! - I have ever experienced. State of the art equipment. Dr. Jones, her assistants and her staff were all so professional and compassionate at the same time! Highly recommend!
I had a bad tooth. They used modern imagery to view the tooth and come to a conclusion that I t needed to be removed. Dr.Forney was excellent and personable. I would go back if I needed their assistence.
